Pottery Isle is a boutique paint your own pottery studio located in the
seaport community of Newburyport, MA and the largest of its kind North of Boston. Paint ceramics, fuse some glass, or take a class! Everything you need to complete your project is in our studio.
All ages and abilities are welcome. Host your next event with us...birthday or holiday parties, bridal showers, or field trips. Check out our schedule for afterschool and vacation camps.

Pottery Isle reserves the right to close 1 hour priror to posted time if there are no painters in the studio. Thank you for your understanding.
Please remember, just because we are not open...doesn't mean we won't open for you! Most popular after hours requests are Ladies Night Out--Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday evenings. We will be glad to accommodate your schedule when we can. Don't hesitate to ask.
Glass Fusing
We now offer glass fusing. Stop by and check it out. Call for reservations--walk-in glass-fusing subject to availabllity.
2012 Artistic Expressions After School Camp
Join us for a new season of after school camp. We have great activities lined up including handbuilding with clay, pottery painting techniques, glass fusing, and mosaics.
Session 3 4 wks starting week of Jan. 25th
Tuesdays: 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Looking to create that special gift this summer season or putting together a birthday gift for your favorite pottery painter? We offer pottery-to-go! You choose your pottery, select your colors, and return your artwork to us for firing. It's easy and fun to do at home, at a sleepover/pajama party, or while on vacation, and more!
